Owner Supervised: Each swimming pool construction project is owner supervised to ensure that our pools are built to the highest standards.
Stable Labor Force: At Athena Pools we do not depend on transient laborers that come and go, we have a dedicated team of excavators, masons, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians that all follow the same Athena Process over and over again.
Presence all the time: We are constantly on the job site inspecting every detail making sure the Athena Way is followed. At Athena Pools we have developed a process that ensures that we can deliver to the highest standards of quality and workmanship that our customer have come to expect (we can back this up with many customer references).
Construction Site Project Managed: We project manage our pool construction sites and as a result our pools are never sitting idle like many of our competitor pools under construction are. We are extremely proficient at managing schedules tightly to ensure your pool is always moving towards completion.

Plumbing:
To make sure your swimming pool is safe and your water stays as clean and clear as possible, Athena Pools analyses your pool design to determine the optimal plumbing configuration. We use large piping to feed an appropriate number of properly located plumbing returns around your pool. We also select a filter with a large capacity to ensure pool water flow is not constrained. This design style allows your pool water to flow efficiently through the pipes keeping your pool water clean, clear, and better sanitized. As a bonus you are also rewarded with lower overall operating costs and a longer pump life.
This analysis requires a firm understanding of fluid dynamics and is calculated for each design. We personally calculate plumbing needs for each pool with a close eye on safety. Just installing anti-vortex drains does not mean your pool is safe without the appropriate analysis. This is not something that should be left up to a subcontractor to guess.
Pool Foundation:
Not every pool can be built out of a box using the same template over and over again. At Athena Pools we look at the design, elevation, and the type of soil to determine the optimal steel loading and concrete or gunite requirements for your pool. When necessary, the pool is engineered and independently certified through inspections to ensure it is built to the highest standards. Our swimming pools always use ˝” steel at a minimum. Our pool beams and skimmers are reinforced to absorb high loads of stress. Cages are rugged and tightly held in place during construction ensuring optimal shell strength for the life of your pool. We use an engineered concrete mix to ensure the highest shell strength possible (2x stronger than most shells used in the industry).
Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on the shell of the pool so you can so you can have peace of mind.
